I really like the DLC and orange look but don't care for the uncoated liners. I know the reason for not coating the liners on the DLC version is it has a negative effect on the lock up or action of the knife. However, why can't they polish the locking tab and where the washers sit, after coating? Another option would be to use a fixture to where only the outer exposed edges of the liners would be coated. Of course either option would likely further increase the cost.

Stock seems to steadily decline on both. I think they'll sell out today. 135 DLC vs 157 Satin left atm.

I was all for the stonewashed blade as well. I always wanted my burnt orange Para 3 to be DLC coated, so once I found these weren’t stonewashed I wasn’t too sad to go for the DLC instead.

For me, I had to authorize the payment with my Discover Card I used... Similar to what TkoK83Spy mentioned, I got a text alert from Discover, and had to authorize the charge. Depending on your CC issuer, could be email, text, or a phone call, YMMV.

Ah right i forgot about that. Ye that sucked. I wanted stonewashed so bad. I guess i can always do my own stone wash though. Throw the blade with some rocks in a box into the dryer.

I bought both versions. If i don't like one i can always sell it.

Mine went from "manual verification required" to "awaiting fulfillment" without any action on my side. I can see the charge on my card now as a reservation.

I bet it will slow down now though. We've had most of the classic PM2 sprint/exclusive combinations now. I guess we can expect a 20CV run from DLT. I'm not sure if Elmax happens again. Other than that i think we've had it all now. Still hoping for a LC200N Salt Para 3 for the 2019 catalog.

When i get these 2 i'll be at 8. I don't care for the S30V, S35VN or serrated models. The rest i'll try to collect for the steel.
I'm still missing the S90V, 52100, 204P and M390.

What? Apparently (according to their IG) they haven’t even received the Para 3’s yet. No wonder they haven’t shipped. I can see that they’re getting things ready, but weird to do the sale before you receive the goods.
