There using the "as quenched" values on the spec sheet at the top.

Those aren't the tempered values. I'd expect to see 60-62rc from Spyderco

Thanks for the clarification - I was just repeating what I heard. It'd be nice to get HRC data from the horse's mouth, so to speak, but I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Spyderco was conservative with the hardness on their 4V here compared to the glass-scratching heat treatment on your latest 4V blade. Custom and production knifemaking are rather different beasts.

I'm happy to say I got my order in! Couldn't resist the color combo & opportunity to try a new tool steel. Also impressed with how St Nick's Knives handled this - their website performed admirably under the load and I appreciated the 1 per order limit.

I'd love to buy an extra but that wouldn't be cool. They only have a small amount so everyone should get a chance to get one if possible.
Can you find it and can it cut?

You can't add 2 of them to your cart, but i am able to buy a second if you buy em separately. Not that i did cause i only need one. But people could abuse it.
I thought I read somewhere only one per address. They may cancel one or all your orders?
They only ever said "one per order". This still gives more people a chance to get in and doesn't only allow people with multiple addresses to order multiples. I like this system just fine.

Man, that delica looks good, but with $24 off it's still a $165 delica. I personally prefer the KC Pakkawood for less money.

Tempting though. I just ordered my P3... it's fun to refresh and watch the inventory drop. only 77 left as of this moment... 45 of the bundle.

And the site hasn't crashed yet! lol Good job St. Nicks.

What did inventory say at the start?
Pretty sure it started at 600. When I first checked out the page, it was at 595.
