The dlc finish looked very good and even. The pocket clip looked like it had the same finish or something similar. Pics don’t do it justice.

I absolutely despise red and coated blades. But I really like this one. And mine is among the sharpest I have ever had from the factory I might add.

The clip looked dlc coated to me. I could be very wrong though so don’t take my word as the truth. However if it’s not coated they did a great job matching it with the blade and hardware.

I’ve never had a dlc blade before. I’m going to enjoy watching the coating wear off with use. Kinda like a reverse patina kind of way.

You'll be hard pressed to get that coating off with normal use. It's pretty tough.
