Why? What about his knives haven't been covered extensively by other companies?

Al Mar and Spyderco collab or Grant and Gavin Hawk collab with Sal.

Entirely not interested in a Hinderer collab.

Pardner, I could care less what other companies have done.
I just would like to see it.

Cool. No particular reason? Just spyderco's version of the xm? An overbuilt folder with a spyder on it? Just curious what you're imagining that would be cool and sought after.

Absolutely. Pretty much like a ZT 0562 version. But, of course with the hole :D
I also want an XL Yo2.

I can't say that I'd buy it, but I am interested in what people think it might look like. This just makes me think of the SpyKer. That design was interesting, to say the least.

I feel like collabs, while interesting, only end up as one season wonders. Who would be a good long term partner?

I like how utilitarian vox knives are, especially once he got past his prymate thickness phase.

I'd love to see another rj Martin collab, especially in folder form - not sure how'd it be as a user though, but rj is through and through a sharpness geek

A Spyderco Crawford Kasper folder would be cool, but it'd be more a collectors knife vs a user

Considering how user centric early Allen elizhewitz designs were (i.e. the stuff he designed for Benchmade), I'd love to see one a collaboration

Allen has sure done a good job with Hogue.
I love my X5. Its CPM-154, and the sharpest outt the box knife I've ever had.

How about a salt series BDC/Stellite collaboration with David Boye?

I want to see another collaboration between Spyderco and Massad Ayoob. The original C-60 Ayoob is still one of my top 3 all time favorites and I'm fully confident that Mr. Ayoob and Spyderco might even top the first model. It's been quite a while and if we are not going to get any more C-60 Sprint Runs then I would very much like to see another Sprint Run of Massad Ayoob and Spyderco.
