Pink or purple dragonflies

#1

Post by Woodpuppy »

Does anyone have a line on reasonably priced pink or purple dragonflies? My wife and I have 3 daughters... so far the only purple DF I’ve found for sale is listed at $110 + $15 in shipping. That’s a little steep... and evidently ePay sellers think they are investor pieces. It’ll be much easier to get a knife for my son!

Thanks for any leads!

I think that's going to be tough since they both appear to be long discontinued and you need multiple... Maybe post a wtb thread on Bladeforums?

I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but you may want to consider the pink Ladybug exclusive at Cutlery Shoppe. I bought one for my wife over a year ago and she really likes it. Pretty much hasn't left her keys since.

Yea and you do have to remember that ebay takes their cut too, so you generally see higher prices on ebay. If you bought a knife for $80 and sell it for $100 on ebay, you pretty much make nothing after fees and shipping.

The only problem is the $30 shipping. I'm not sure if that's CDN or USD.

$30 isn't unreasonable when spread over the cost of 3-4 knives

YES! Yeah my life is loaded with pink and purple. Even my 3 year old son says he wants a pink knife. He has the wooden dragonfly for now, we’ll worry about colors of real knives later.

Yeah, I thought about that... but I’ve ordered an M4 Pm3 and a Salt2 in the space of a week...

They have 6 different models in HAP40:
