Newbie needs some Stretch-u-cation

Earlier today I noticed I could preorder a Strecth 2 in V-Toku2/SUS310 for almost the same price as the VG10 version. Is one a clear winner over the other? Or, is the ZDP189 version better than both for $40 more? Please help keep me from looking back on this purchase with regret next year. Thanks!
