There is so much you can do with a knife like this. I will be skinning and breaking down deer and hogs with it. Use it as a bait knife when fishing, bbq knife(great for slicing a slab of ribs, or a brisket. The list is long.
This is what I am thinking too. General all around camp knife, bait knife, food prep, game processing, etc.
Easy to sharpen + won't break the bank.
BBQ: Usually when I head N to the Sierra's: I will smoke a brisket beforehand, wrap it up in beach towel and drop it into the yeti. By the time I get up there, set up tent, etc. its about time for dinner. Brisket is still hot and perfect, + start up the pinto beans, little cornbread, little bourbon, nighty night. Then it's up early, some cowboy coffee, some left over brisket mixed in to some hash + couple over easy eggs, then I am off fishing for Rainbows. I see this knife getting a lot of use.
