DMT - Xcoarse, Coarse, Fine, Xfine
3 leather strops, diamond compound, diamond powder, and Tormek PA-70.
Not pictured: 10 inch block of basswood (one of my favorites), several vials of diamond powder, DMT Xfine sharpening rod, cheapo tungsten carbide pull-through sharpener (great for re-profiling machetes), 1 sharpmaker medium rod.
On my radar: Spyderco UltraFine bench stone, DMT XXfine stone or plate, coarse sharpening rod, more diamond powder, pocket mini-diamond rod sharpener for serrations, and more basswood.
Show us what you got! What's your favorite stuff?

^ Some of my stuff. The rest is on/in my workbench in the garage. It's way too hot to work out there so I temporarily moved inside.

This is a small portion:
I have a pretty extensive lighting setup for examining edges while working them; a 2x72 belt grinder; a Worksharp sharpener (hardly ever used at this point); and various hand tools ranging from angle protractors to calipers to a drill press with a 3-axis vise for clamping work perfectly.
The above photo only shows some of the WE hones and a PM2 in a Panavise - it doesn't show the Gen III Wicked Edge and all the clamps I have. I have many WE hones with diamond polish running from 400 Grit to 200,000 Grit. Likewise, I have an extensive selection of diamond lapping film so that I can pick the right abrasive for the job.
