The HAP40 took it like a champ
My walking stick (see my post above yours) was also cut using HAP 40 steel... and it took that task like a champ either... :p

Over 500 slices of various cardboard for fire pit kindle. Lost its shaving sharp edge around 250 cuts but still zipped through the cardboard the whole time. Same results with the 20CV version.

Used my Amalgam to cut a few tomatoes from my plant. Stem folded and the fruit was no longer getting fed, so they are a bit small but hopefully they will ripen up and be OK! Had to cut another one off and throw it away because a caterpillar made a home in it.
