I think your Delica still has some food in it's teeth... :D

The best way I've found to clean tape and glue residue on a blade is WD-40. Cleans it off super quick. I'm sure other solvents would work well too, but everyone has WD-40.

Seems like a legitimate use for a Millie. Feel sorry for the shirt though.

I used my Para 3/Maxamet last night to free up a carbon fiber panel that just came out of the oven. We had to cut the vacuum bag and breather cloth away, and slice up tacky tape to free thermocouples from the set-up.

Good to know, I'll give that a try. I normally use a Lysol wipe, but I bet WD works better/quicker. Hate when there's a little residue stuck in one of the smaller scallops that's tough to get!

I've had to do the same in the great out of doors when I wasn't prepared for eventualities. Hate it when that happens. :o :(

90+% rubbing alcohol and a wood qtip is my go to residue remover...works really well on SE blades and keeps your fingers away from those sharp teeth.

Edit: Opened up a box of hot sauce...

Just snipped apart these six-pack rings. Happy to have the PITS back in the rotation after a couple months of hiatus.

I cut nylon strapping and unwrapped a pallet with my Spy27 Mule, at lunch I cut my sandwich half with the Native Salt and the Paramilitary 2 assisted me in wrapping 3 pallets for a shipment. Along with a bunch of other little stuff I can’t remember.

Rick, tell me please. What are those cool scales on your knife?
I use translator most of the time.

There was a link to the old Spyderco catalogs.

Those are Terotuf scales made by Fireside ( https://firesideco.com/) They are kind of similar to the feel of micarta. Check out the website, their very nice to have to switch up the norm!
