I did some food preparation in the kitchen, chopping up sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, carrots, and onions for a sheet pan supper. I used two different knives - Z-Wear Shaman, and my reground K390 Endura (0.009" BTE). Guess which one won. :D

Haha, right!? I normally just index finger knuckle punch the center and peel the top off in a circular motion. Never thought to actually cut those kinds of tops.

I usually cut that seal in half, it peels up easily enough once you can get ahold of it.

I saw one of these at the Outlet recently and was a bout to snag it when a CF Chap caught me eye instead. Being as I needed a "Dress" knife, I opted for the Chap. Shoulda gotten both as I eat a lot of PB! :)

Oh yeah, she killed it. She kept asking "Daddy when are we gonna shoot an animal and roast it over a fire and eat it?" She's such a cool kid.

Thanks David! If you ever get the chance to get a set for any of your knives, I highly recommend them. Mike Putman scales. The micarta with the grooves feels amazing and gives a great, almost 3d look as they wear in.

My son brought some of his stuffed animals to me and asked me to cut off the cloth tags. Normally I would have just used my vic classic scissors but I felt like showing off and used the k390 endela. He was like "Cool, Mommy!". Lol
