I'm liking the Pac Salt in all black. I maybe shouldn't have parted with mine, especially if I could achieve the elusive to me reprofile and coarse edge.

Vacationing at Beaver Lake in Arkansas for a long weekend. Been carrying the ARK. On the first day, it cut back ~50 honeysuckle vines obstructing a walkway, cut out my fishing license from the copy paper receipt (not sure why they aren't using the plastic-paper anymore?), cut open my coffee packet, and sliced my strawberries at breakfast this morning. 🙂

I've had to force myself to use other knives during the past few months. When I go back to this little fixed blade, I'm always reminded how useful it is.

Only the most precise tools to be used for the most critical tasks …or, perhaps, the one I happened to be carrying.

I trimmed a big salmon fillet down to individual sized ones with the Bow River this morning. This knife works great in the kitchen.

I made the equivalent of about 9 total feet of cuts throught non slip tape with a Pacific Salt. That is essentially sand, adhesive, and rubber. It was freshly sharpened and it's currently the dullest I think I've ever made a knife. Poor thing is awaiting a fresh edge today.

Took my green Pacific out of my sock drawer for scraping off some foot calluses and cutting up an apple.

This Tasman has gripped over 40 skateboard decks. Each deck requires cutting through roughly 7' of grip tape, which is basically ~100 grit sandpaper with adhesive backing. Similar to what you cut.

This SE Pacific did my last one. I was curious to see how much it would blunt an immaculate edge. Definitely dulled it some but it still cut fine. I made a point to carry it a few days before touching it up.

Lots of folks think this is abuse for a pocket knife, lol.
