yojumbo opened two pallets of supplies, broke down some boxes, and cut some scrubbies down to size.

UpTern got the call to do some scraping and light prying of old alarm sensors from doors and sliders. Prying was indeed very light, just enough to get the edge in to cut the adhesive tape. The thin blade is very useful.

I couldn't use edge leading strokes, had to switch to edge trailing. Maybe after breaking it in, but my yojumbo kept catching on the stone.

Rock Jumper helped me take down some old bead board that wasn't installed properly. When I'm done with the RJ, I think it is going to have more of a Watu edge shape.

Used my Caribbean to cut some industrial zip ties off some teenagers at the ice cream shop after a failed Tik Tok video resulted in their circulation being cut off with no way to remove them.

Then used it at home to cut a bunch of 3M tape off all the cabinet locks in the house. Kids finally outgrew that phase.

Haha, yeah it was great when we could remove all the cabinet locks!!!

Not long after we took down the baby gates, our elder yellow lab fell on the stairs and we got a pair of Fenchton puppies… had to buy and install new gates. 🤦🏻‍♂️

It did. I’m just glad I had a sheepsfoot blade with me. Would not have attempted it with a Chief or PM2 for fear of stabbing him. I tried to cut it with my SAK scissors first, but that was an immediate fail.

I accomplished some really cool stuff with my PE leaf-blade Caribbean today!

I cut my apple for breakfast, and a tomato for my sandwich today!! Sliced right through those suckers.

😲

Not many opportunities for 'harder use' for my knives these past 2-plus years, since my life and career changed (OK, I lost my job due to the you-know-what). Sometimes I need an excuse to use them nowadays. So I takes what I can gets!

🙂
