Also used a few kitchen knives to prep some bacon wrapped beef kebabs for the new grill.

Opened packing containing my twins' new trikes. 🙂

I have twin girls about to turn 3!

I used my Chef today to cut up a bunch of fruit at the pool, then to cut the tags out of all the kids new school clothes. They noticed this spring that I cut all the tags out of my clothes, because they drive me crazy. So, now they ask me to take all theirs out too.
Slightly obsessed…

Been working on a paddle in drips and drags. Got the belt sander work done, also know as stop now dummy before you ruin it. This is a 80s eta Clement white water paddle. As in, enormous blade, thick shaft, bulky grip. All that nonsense had to go. So I traced the shape of a paddle I really like onto the blade of the big hoss and took it to the belt. I reduced the grip a bunch, and trimmed the diameter of the shaft down a fair bit, accentuating the oval cross-section. I am now at the rasping and sanding phase. Lotsa elbow grease!

P.s. it’s perfectly normal to sand paddles in your living room right? I could feel the sweat running down my legs in the garage running the belt sander 🥵

Used my LC200N Pacsalt to cut some irrigation pipe that ran afoul if the trencher. Pipe 0, knife 1, me well into negative numbers after a day in the sun trenching. :hot-face :dizzy

So far today, sliced cheese for my eggs this morning, broke down a few boxes, and trimmed a piece of wood for a small project. 🙂

Is that a new one Rick? Or have I been out of the loop too long? Nice Millie anyways! I am still patiently awaiting a certain hoped-for exclusive... ;)

Hey Connor! I actually got that off a fellow forum member early in the year. It's definitely the highest quality Spyderco I own now! What an incredible combination of model, materials and steel. Extremely grateful!!

I used my smooth green S90V Native to sample a ghost pepper. I started with the orange one and didn’t get into the pith, so it wasn’t bad at all. Tomorrow I’ll go for more!

PS Stretch 2 XL. Used to open a pack of pistachios after the damned pull-here tab failed to open the package like they always do.
