Cut some weeds around the acreage with the Siren.

Used my Rex45 Chief to cut a few used coarse ceramic 2x72” belts to shorter pieces (so they fi the trash bin). The knife got the job done without complaints.

However checking the edge under microscope nearly brought tears in my eyes - 20 - 50 microns large chips one next to another. So I took the knife to my 400 and 2000 grit diamond stones (from Practical Sharpening) folowed with some diamond strops. I was surprised how quickly the 400 stone removed those chips. Once I was done I had the knife near hair whittling sharp (my technique needs more work).

No cuts today, but had a card night with some friends last night -- went to open a new deck of cards which didn't have a pull tab for some reason. Dragonfly K390 was a total overkill and handled it with ease!

I used my PD-1 Mule to make a plastic shield to keep my new cat from tearing up the carpet when she’s kept in a separate room from the older cat. And, I used my K390 Stretch 2 to make a salad. This edition of K390 seems to start getting a patina faster than my other K390 knives.

After going back and forth between these two over the last weeks I used them both together...just because, the color matching was too good to not do so

Worked on primitive skills with the youngest boy. Different notches and tent pegs along with shelters.

Busted out a Shaman to cut zip ties on a case of apples when the gentleman stocking the produce couldn't find a knife. Funny reaction followed from said gentleman.

Used my Native 5 Salt to trim out the corners of a vinyl patio door frame before putting a new insulated glass unit back in it.
The LC200N blade has been awesome, wish I could say the same for the cheap plastic handle....Live and Learn. LOL!!!

I'm sure FRN has a place and understand the whole anti corrosion thing, it just doesn't hold up well for me. I've been using this native 5 salt for about three months and it is missing some chunks of FRN as well as having a hair line crack. I find the handle also has to much flex as I'm using it. The LC200n has been great!!!

The G10 with steel liners doesn't give me these problems. Just my experience.

Gotcha, I've not had those experiences (yet :o ) but that's not the first time I've heard report of those issues. Have you considered doing a blade swap with a linerless G10 handle? That might get you what you want. I don't have direct experience with swapping Native blades but I'd imagine it would work.

Someone on the forum recently mentioned the idea of swapping a LC200N blade into a titanium handle. That's a bit expensive for me, but I'd love to see it :) .
