Used my autonomy 2 on a ribeye last night. Didn't even wash it after. Just wiped it. No rust or anything yet.

lol, I was at a cookout yesterday... the last thing I used my (new) Para 3 LW for was cutting grilled pineapple slices for a taco.

There was when I was a kid it it was discontinued.
Some years ago it came back but it was very expensive and stayed in the shelves, so now the only way to get it is on those online shops that sell products from around the world.
Do you also have those small packages with milk and Milo ready to drink? Those were my favorite.

That’s crazy! It’s fairly popular here. We have it at work and there’s usually a tin at home too. I like it on vanilla ice cream.

I know the premixed Milo you mention but I’m sure if I’ve tried it or not. :)

^ Poor guy. I've been a line cook for over 10 years, and had plenty of moments like that in kitchens.

Used the S30V Dragonfly to neatly cut off the stubborn protective seal on a bottle of degreaser. But really the last thing I used my Spyderco for was a little open-close, open-close PM2 fidget fun.

I watched a sailor sawing on this pallet strapping for a bit with a blunt Swiss Army Knife of some description and felt compelled to assist. ;)

To show our new E&I tech how easy and convenient the Spyder hole is to open a knife, vs thumb studs. One of the other guys brought him over to my area to introduce me to him...and because I'm known as "the knife guy" and he noticed the new guy had a pocket clip and showed him his Benchmade Bugout. Apparently he asked him, "that's a more expensive brand knife isn't it?" To which he replied "yes" and then was told...I've got just the guy for you to meet. Hahahaha

We shot the breeze for about 10 minutes, checking out each others knives. His is a black blade, with kind of olive green scales, different from the others I've seen (granted I don't really follow BM) He's never tried a Spyderco knife, so I offered him my Urban AEB-L that I have on me today...see if he wanted to carry it around for the day...trusting him as his knife was in good shape, nice and clean. He said he'd love to. I told him if he likes fidgeting with his knives a bit, I'll bring in something that's a little more fun tomorrow (most likely the Para 3 LW as it seems quite comparable to the Bugout) I'm now just carrying my new SAK for the day. Will be fun to put it to work like I do my Spydercos!

Interested in what he thinks by the end of the day, and always fun to make a new knife friend :)
So, how did he enjoy that Para 3 ?? And is he a baptised spyderco owner by now? :D

I totally forgot to check back and update on this! He actually really enjoyed the Para 3 LW. He said he likes it better than his Bugout (loves the finger choil for more controlled cuts) and that it has a lower price as well. The next day I let him try one of my PM2's, but he really seemed to take to the Para 3 better. He asked me if they had any other versions of the model with the frn scales, to which I told him they should be coming out with some in the near future. He said he has enough knives with black scales and that's the only reason holding him back from this knife. So there is hope! I'll be sure to let him know once the first sprint/exclusive is released...another Spyderhead waiting in the wings :p

+1 :D

Used to have it on toast when I was a kid
Hot toast little bit of butter and spoon of milo. Wait for milo to melt. Better than Nutella
Im a vegetarian as technically cows are made of grass and water.

My wife, making me proud! :D

At her bank they had to get rid of a bunch of outdated archives today and put them in some kind of massive paper shredder. There was a group of 4 of them that were assigned this and they had 109 boxes to get into. She showed up a couple minutes after a few of them had gotten started and saw one guys using his keys to cut the tape, and another lady using scissors. So she takes her Ladybug off her key ring, takes our Victorinox Hiker out of her purse and gives it to the guy and then a box cutter she brought down from her desk to the other woman. They were impressed and didn't expect her to come packing all these knives hahaha :) She sent me these pics.
