No usage, but cleaned up my working pair and some of my other multitools.

I’d delayed too long on the Southfork and Sprig when they were first available and missed out.

I finally found a Southfork in Australia for a reasonable price.

I spent a relaxing afternoon on Sunday, thinning out the edge and refining it a bit on an Atoma and Venev diamond stone progression. I like the edge S90V takes but have yet to really put it through its paces. This is my first S90V knife.

Nice! CPM S90V is good stuff. I like to think of it as stainless K390.

Thanks Connor! That’s good to know, as K390 is probably my favourite steel Spyderco have offered so far.

I was intrigued by Sal mentioning a few times that S90V is one of his favourite steels.

Had one of my favorite 'Little People' come over for a short visit this past weekend (hadn't seen him in months due to the pandemic); used the Spyderco Chef knife from last year's 'Seconds Sale' to make something special for him as he has enjoyed watermelon since he was younger :D

Lighter carry today. Used the Dragonfly to process a week's worth of recycling.

Man, I love the looks of the Southfork! So sad I missed it. Really all of Phil Wilson's designs speak to me, and I hope we see more.

Cut a long leather boot lace to make a pair with my k390 pm2. Then proceeded to back step because I fumbled it. Good news, I still have all of my toes.

Wow, do I have a story for you guys!

After a very busy, but good day(beat a lawyer at their own game), I decided to relax and make some lemonade.
When I was finished, I prepared some limoncello.

Limoncello is a painstaking drink to prepare properly. You have to take lemon peels and remove EVERYTHING, except the yellow(exocarp). Then you soak the exocarp in Everclear for a couple of weeks.

I get a little over halfway done doing the peels and I hear a funny noise outside. A few seconds later my wife sticks her head in the door and calls me outside...

Don't ask me how in the world she did it, but she has busted our house's main water line... at 8:30pm...

So anyways, I drove up to the road to shut the water off at the meter and then went to the hardware store. Got home with the parts, fixed the issue(installed a second shutoff valve, too.) and then went back inside to finish the limoncello.

I swear, I can't have a single day where everything goes right!
Oh well, atleast I have some awesome lemonade and a sweet knife!

Props to you! If my main waterline broke...I'd have NO CLUE what to do!

I love pretty much anything lemon, never heard of this drink. Sounds fun, and possibly dangerous haha.

Hah, don't drink it in this form or it will be!

That was just half the preparation. After you let it soak for a couple weeks, you make a simple syrup and mix them together. Freeze the cordial glasses, fully chill the drink and then serve.

I used a Z-Cut and sliced up an onion, avocado, and a tomato for a quick salad.
