Used the K390 Endela to slice cucumbers for my lunch. Did a fine job! I honestly think I could toss all my other knives and get by easily with just the Endela. But that'll never happen.
It’s always nice when you find THE knife. I’ve been wanting to try an Endela. K390 is some awesome stuff. Probably my favorite steel right now. Definitely in my top 3. Enjoy that knife!
The only downside is, all other knives end up in the "Sock Drawer"! :winking-tongue

Yeah, this one is the best, bought a second to have one in reserve. If I was to find another at the 2nds sale, you bet I'm snagging it!

Thanks, and you are right, K390 really is the bomb. Picked up a K390 DF2 and Ladybug recently. That Ladybug is now officially my "5th pocket" knife. But I have an emotional attachment to my ZDP DF2 so it continues to be one of my EDC's.

No pic this time, but today I used my new G10 DLC Para 3 in S45VN to slice up a McIntosh apple. Not a challenging task in the least, but a use, nonetheless.

I'm that way with the Military. Probably the only knife I'd gladly own duplicates of in different steels.

Endura Wharnie SE cuts limes like no other.

Nice end grain cutting block/board. I purposely use a lesser quality board/block for aggressively toothy knives. :worried :winking-tongue
Based on the geometry of the knife, you really cant get the serrated portion to make contact with the cutting board.
The serrations contact the lime, but only the PE portion contacts the block

The last Spyderco I used was the new Jungle Wear M4 PM2 exclusive, which just came. I used it to......

.... amuse myself by fidgeting with it for a minute or two, lol. It did a splendid job but then again, I'm easily amused by such things.

Had fun and did cut out like 20 big cardboard boxes into pieces to fit them to the yellow bags we use here. The Endura sliced it up perfectly even tho it's not that thin !
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

Well, the last thing I did was open up a bag of Reese’s peanut butter cups but earlier in the day I sliced up some gourds and pumpkins to leave out in the woods for some wildlife.
