Stripped and marked some wires at work. Coworker didn't have anything to do it with, and was asking if anyone else had a knife. Always surprised other people fail to see the usefulness of having a knife handy. Hate the overly perpetuated idea that knives are for self-defense. BRING YOUR TOOLS TO WORK PEOPLE! :D

Opening boxes of wedding gifts, then breaking down those boxes to take to the municipal recycling center. My Dodo eats cardboard for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Used my HAP40 Meerkat to open... another box of spydies from BHQ - a Jade M4 Para 3, and a Jade Hap40 Lum Chinese. I really gotta quit looking at Spydies while I'm out of work!
Which Knife, A or B? get Both! (and C, D and E) :)

Used my Cruwear pm2 to whittle down a back scratcher from the dollar store to make the perfect sized piece of wood that I could wedge up against my distributor cap to keep it stationary during a 12 hour trip. I over tightened one side and something broke, can't drive all day like that!

On Saturday I used my Pacific Salt SE to trim back a mountain of rogue mulberry trees. Those things grow everywhere - especially in and around other plants, so it's usually not really possible to uproot them.
Those serrations made short work of it though - I was impressed how easily it sliced through the tough wood. I'm starting to appreciate a fully serrated blade for EDC more.

Lol yes! The wood was surprisingly hard, and the cruwear did an impressive job of holding an extremely fine edge through making notches against the grain. I was applying quite a bit of force to make the notches. I'm sure it would no longer whittle a hair, but it certainly still shaves. The Meat man wrote: ↑Mon Jul 02, 2018 11:03 amPelagic, I think you got a bit carried away with the knife whittling... :p :D

I’ve never processed broccoli with a pocket knife before... but I haven’t been this excited about a new knife in years!
