Hi, Spyderco fan from Malaysia here. This is my first post, I just want to express my appreciation for Spyderco Customer Service. My personal experiences are as follows :
1. I recently bought a “new old stock” Persian 2, and on delivery found one of the clip screws missing. I tried sourcing for a replacement locally to no avail, so I sent an email with pictures to Charlynn at Customer Service. Charlynn then linked me to Christy at SFO, who immediately arranged to mail me a new set of clip screws for free via USPS first class package international service. I received the set of clip screws today, complete with a tube of blue Loctite. Perfect fit.
2. Last year, I bought a new Centofante 3. On receipt I noticed that the silver bug on my Centofante’s handle was pitted and not mirror shiny like the pictures that I saw on the Internet. So I sent an email with pictures to Charlynn, who quickly mailed me a shiny, mirror polished new bug together with advice on how to remove the pitted bug and the type of glue that I should use to stick the new one on.
In both cases, responses to my emails were speedy, helpful & friendly. In the case of my Persian 2, my email was sent at 1pm my local time (11pm Colorado time), and I received Charlynn’s reply at 8am Colorado time; very responsive indeed.

Welcome to the fourm sv4! I have also had nothing but excellent customer service from the Spyderco crew. They are always willing to go the extra mile to support their customers. :)
