More Cruwear, 52100, and M4 in all of the Golden models, with Red, Jade, and Blurple G10, or Peel Ply Carbon Fiber.

Native 5 in the above combos...but NOT linerless or smooth G10. The LOVE the Blurple S110V Native 5 with the liners and the peel ply G10, but I wish it was in any of the 3 steels above. That is really my ultimate EDC end game.

Ohhhh....a Sharpmaker with a fully adjustable base would be the best. Make it with two 90 degree compasses at the base so you can easily see and adjust the rods to different angles.
Your edgePro will cost peanuts to compare with this :)

My Edge Pro does just fine but being able to touch up my edges fast on a Sharpmaker at any angle I want would be really nice.

More CTS-XHP and less CPM-S30V.
I love the idea.

Another sprint run of the massively underrated "R." I'm not particularly interested in a skeletonized blade, and can take or leave the skeletonized handle, it's the overall size/ergos/bladeshape I'm after. Pick stolen from Mr. blonde...

My favorite was R2, but hate what they did with tip of the blade. R2 handle, R3 blade for me please. Aluminum oxide coat is fine

In addition, I would like to see more Natives, Shamans and Calys, which I can afford. Under $150 please. I love Shaman, but $180 is no go.
I am working for contract manufacturer. Customer saying, if you want to keep the job, figure out how to cut the cost. Spyderco need to do the same.

Glad to see another fan of the R! One day we'll build enough momentum to get a sprint. I might have to arrange a pass-around to generate more interest.

With regard to the shaman, what feature would you be willing to part with as a cost saving measure? Would you still be interested in a flat scale version if it were under $150? This seems like the most straightforward modification to cut cost.

Another R fan here! The Nishijin looks nice but I would like to see one in peel ply G10 as well. Dark green G10 and ZDP sounds great! Dark blue G10 and K390 sounds stellar! Jade and HAP40? Yup, I'm in!

This would make me very happy.

You are correct. Flat scales would be the easiest way to cut cost. But this is not what I asked. Contoured scales for me are main attraction of this knife.
There are more than one way to save cost. I am sure that Spyderco is well aware of this. Sal mentioned at least once that Spyderco is proficient in lean six sigma.

Ah I see, they must have forgotten to enact their lean-six-sigma-gnome-cost-savings-action-plan on the Shaman.

Step 1: Consult lean six sigma
Step 2: ...
Step 3: Cost savings with no reduction in features!

I’m sure they’ll get right on that...

If it makes you feel any better, asking for lower costs, more features, and less time to product pretty much sums up every engineering customer or sales team, so you’re not the only one.

Full Salt versions of the G10-scaled Golden Colorado made models. Wish they would have just done this instead of the Caribbean series. Full Salt G10 PM2, Native, Millie, Para 3, Manix, etc.

This one should be pretty easy:
More scale colors for Dragonfly in either VG10 or H1.
