Got my Forum Military today.AWESOME!!!Truly one of the best ever produced. The inlaid spyder sets it off,a true highlight(hint)more with this inlay please.Mine marked 004 of 500 will be a permanent display item,so use is out of the question, but smooth action as always and the highest craftsmanship went into these pieces.Solid lock-up.Razor sharp out of the box it is simply a must for any spydernut. It has the laser etching in the blade dark and bold. The bug is a very unique edition to the g-10 and catches your eye immediatly.Pleased, very pleased. To all at Spyderco, you have really out done yourselves. To all the forumites, get one before they're all gone.

Someday my friends,I'll own em all!!!

I got my Military Forum today as well! It is absolutely stunning! I can't believe what a small difference of a Pearl Logo can do to the looks of a knife! Sal, all kidding aside, you need to do more of this type of knife. It just has that special KICK that gets you when you look at it. Great job to Spyderco, as usual! Thanks, Ron.....
by the way mine is #69 of 500 because that is my Collector Number!

Dudes! I envy you guys!! For any spydernut, the forum millie is a MUST!! I'm saving every dime, errr, RINGGIT and SEN (that's my country's currency) to lay my paws on one of these babies. Vince at Spyderco gave me a preview of this AWESOME piece when I visited his workshop last November!!

Mine will be delivered to a friend in NY who will bring it over when she visits (I hope she does not use it to slice tomatoes and open cans) and I have to wait another 2 to 3 months to get my hands on it

I received my Forum issue yesterday, 31 Jan.
It is excellent, I believe I would call the spyderco logo insert pearl in color. Sal, another knife that would take the insert without much extra effort would be the Police model in G-10, could be the Forum 2001 issue.
Just a thought, what ever Spyderco makes I would purchase a least one each. Collector # 047.

I posted a photo at this link. Have not been able to post photos in the Spyderco Forum. Maybe someone could tell us how to do that.

Mine arrived today and all I can say is: YES!
Wish I could have gotten two, so I could carry one, but I'll keep this one put away(it's #12!!). Besides, I already have a Military that I've beem carrying for some time, it's an old friend. Thanks to you kind folks at Spyderco for this special knife.

Greetings Mark and welcome to the forums!
I'll add your name to "The List." We will be getting some more Militarys with the inlay this month. Some of these might even have the "Forum" engraving on them They all will be numbered.

Hoping for a new forum knife in a short while
