Delica deep carry clip

#1

Post by Strider »

I have never purchased an after market clip for a knife. So, I do not know which brand/maker are highly regarded. Can you recommend a good deep carry clip for the Delica? Specifically for the KC pakkawood version.

I love this Casey Lynch clip. Blade HQ occasionally has them, but I also heard you can order them direct now. Someone might chime in with his email.

I've got 5 mxg clips and they look strikingly similar to the lynch clip. The ones I have all hold very secure and have good fit and finish.

You might want to checkout popscustomclips. John makes several different styles for the Delica. :)

I have had good luck with the mxg gear clips on my delicas. I have been using the clip in raw titanium. Its item number is 102071. They also make a clip similar to the Lynch clip.

I like the MXG clips also. I’ve used them on a few of my knives. They are slightly thicker than the Spyderco clips so the stock screws won’t have quite as much bite.

Someone had posted a picture with a black clip. That looked surprisingly good. But I am thinking just plain. Maybe

I only rock the Lynch clips. I will never buy anything from MXG.

Nah, I just believe they stole Casey’s design but that’s just my personal opinion :p. Plus I like to support local guys anyways. :)
