Not a bad idea. Where can a guy get some seat belt to cut up?

Auto junkyard?

Hi Jazz,

We buy it by the roll for testing.

Some places charge quite a bit for junkyard seatbelts, it depends on your area and type of yard you go to. The pull it yourself places are probably cheapest but some belts lock and need replaced after even minor accidents and those may fetch a higher price if the seller knows what they've got. Suffice to say it's cheaper to cut rope for testing unless you can find it in a roll form like Sal mentioned.

Very cool. It’s what I want to test my SE knives on. Also for vids to show people what a Spyderedge will do. Where do you get yours from?

Nice surprise, Blades Canada got them in today, with other goodies, so I have a SE in the mail. Who knows how long it’ll take right now though.

Guess who works that day. The guy that doesn't drink and party - me. I just locktited the knife. Had to loosen it because they're so tight, because of Canadian border jackasses. It needs to cure.

Here are my two S30V 'Salt' Wharny knife creations...I quite like these. Plain edge in steel that holds an edge a lot longer than H1 in the much preferred linerless handle. Looking forward to the same knife in LC200N.

Thank you. Not related, but I was whittling with a Spyderco right before this pic, so it’s okay to post. :p This one’s my favourite. It’s a train trestle (turned into a walking bridge) near Kelowna.
