Sounds like a cleaning for yours is in order, and maybe a polish of the washers?
If it was my shaman, I'd lube up the pivot and play around with the pivot screws (and maybe even scale screws) first. If it didn't improve, I'd take it apart, clean it, oil it, and see if anything else was going on inside. But if you're not 100% confident and comfortable disassembling and reassembling your knife (and you don't want to void your warranty if you screw something up), then do what you can with the knife assembled, and send it to spyderco if it gets really bad.
