That teal Delica is a really pretty light blue, almost turquoise. I'm secure enough in my masculinity that I'd carry one. Between the size and the color it would probably be one of the least intimidating knives to carry around blade skittish people.

I thought the same thing too when I first saw it. Then I realized I have a t-shirt that color that I just wore the other day. :D I guess I'm old enough now that I don't worry about that stuff anymore. I like different colors and I wear or carry whatever appeals to me without worrying about what some other dude thinks. I probably won't buy one since I already have two FRN Delicas and a few more on pre-order. Or....maybe I'll buy one just to do a scale swap on one of those knives I have coming. Hmm...

Hmmmm, out of the 23 delivered to date (pretty much 4 months into the year), only one is out of Taiwan. Given that there are quite a few knives on the upcoming list that have been there for a while (the Caribbeans) and that most of the new stuff (rather than variants of existing production models and sprints of previous production models requiring little or no R&D) is from Taiwan, I hope there aren't production issues there ......

I was kind of thinking along those lines. I know that they've been going through some CQI for flippers and bearings.
