Thanks for that, I usually get emails from them. I'll probably pass on this one.

Not a fan of coated blades but I LOVE that color G10. I hope we see more of it!

I think this is pretty cool, and I really like the G10 colour. But I can't justify it for S30V. If they used a different steel I might be into it.

Like the color but would prefer something other than s30v, too. Cruwear, M4, etc.

The PM2 is a nice knife but passe as far as I am concerned. I would be happy if it were a back lock M2. This is a newer design that I like better than the PM2.

Price seems fair. It has the same MSRP as the black/black Para2 or the black/digicam Para2. They are just pricing it based on the new MAP prices next year. After January first this exclusive will only be $5 more than the other DLC Para2s.

What's the knock on S30V? I really like the steel myself. Maybe you all are just saying for the price you would prefer a better steel? Just pondering...

Price is reasonable. The Red M390 was priced too low. Not that I complained about it. :)

So the better deal is to wait until Jan 1 because it will only be $5 more. Because DLT charges when you order. So right now you would pay $18 more than a black s30v.

Lol.

I like it but would live to see that scheme in a M4. A PM2 or PM with a dlc m4 blade I would be all in. Especially in OD.

Despite all the wishes for a different steel I have yet to own a pm2 so this may be IT ! This color combo is speaking to me (I don’t care for digi). VG-10 works great for me in a EDC. I just can’t see S30V letting me down from all my readings here about it. I don’t collect knives I use them in rotation and touch them up on my SM as needed. I do get where edge junkies are coming from but for my needs a utility edge works great. I like the bare stainless especially for resale but I also like the look of well used DLC on a blade along with a worn clip.

DLT you may have just sold me my first PM2 !
