This will be my first Spyderco fixed blade. I started my collecting with a Tops, which was a gift from my wife. I have been buying nothing but Spyderco folders since.

After watching the video of SurfinGringo slicing through that bonita (I think?), I haven't been able to get this blade off of my mind. Looking forward to this one...

Pretty much mirrors me. The WaterWay will fill a void in my non-Spyderco fixed-blade collection (which includes a survival ESEE-6 and a bushcrafting LTWK Genesis). The activity and honesty that Lance has shared with us makes me confident I will love his design.

Blades like these make me wish even more that I could be spending my time on/in sweet/salt water like it's designer!
Very cool blade, probably won't get it since I wouldn't have use for it but definitely makes me wish I did!

Never mind being on land, I'm gonna get this one! Looked like a very cool knife but handling it yesterday at the meet it is far cooler in hand!

Maybe. Sounds like they are working on a design, but there's not much info out yet. At any rate, that's the knife I'm waiting (and hoping) for!
