Hello All! I haven't been on the forum for some time and was wondering how some of the "Old guard" are doing?

UK Ken!!!!! You bet that I remember you pal :) It's always great when one of the old school members comes back. Daywalker ( Chad) was coming back for a while and so was Dr. Hannibal Lecter M.D. and a couple of others too.

Great to have you back my Friend. :)

Welcome back! Coincidentally I posted for the first time yesterday in probably a couple of years, nice to see a number of familiar faces are still around.

Hey KEN your old pal "The DEACON" is still here>> he's now the Mayor of Spyderville :D Surprised he hasn't shown up today already. Felly Jr chimes in every now and then. Haven't seen our great GUNTING GIRL aka "Simona" in quite some time and I'm hoping that she will be back at some point.

Daywalker ( Chad) kind of comes and goes and I think he's doing all right. There are a lot of really good new faces here in the past 4 to 5 years and it's still a well run community. The name recognition of Spyderco has most definitely grown in the past 5 years. It used to be that I didn't run into many people that had even ever heard of Spyderco and that has changed lately. I'm seeing Spyderco products in more stores like Cabelas and Bass Pro in the past 3 to 4 years.

Other than that the landscape hasn't changed too much. It's great to have you back KEN :)

Hi Ken! Bit of a prospect still in here myself..
Are you by any chance the guy who types too fast with two fingers in a Britsh accent? :)

**** Sir! It has been far too long. I have been hibernating for some years now as a result of health difficulties but that's a long story. It is good to see that you are still active here. I have some catching up to do. I had pestered Sal for years about producing a larger Native and now see that it exists in the form of the Shaman! I will have to have one. I have been chatting to Chad and Samo recently on Face book. Is the Deacon still about? I see Tim Lara is still here and hope that other older members are still about and doing well. It is good to be back, now to educate myself about new products. :)
