Hard for me to resist too. I like the PM2, been wanting something with red scales, and I haven't tried M390 yet. I saw the email from DLT earlier today I decided to pass because the PM2s I already have just don't get carried enough. Now if they end up doing a red Para 3 with M390 I'll have no choice but to jump on it.

Pass. I'm close to PM2 saturation. I am waiting for Maxamet and even after that one lands, I know that Spyderco will have many more nice surprises in store for us in the future. I can guarantee it.

I'm on the fence - I like the color, but I would really prefer a lower-vanadium stainless. DLT went with a surefire seller (of course), but B70P, B75P or RWL-34 would more readily mobilize my funds. I already have a P2 CTS 204P.

I’m still happy with my 5 year old gen 1 smurf blue M390 PM2...

For me M390 is one of the best EDC steels out there. Grab them while they’re hot!

Haha Me too! I said I wasn't going to but I was handling my PM2 Cruwear last night and decided this M390 was too good to miss out on. I think this one will replace my all black PM2.

Edit: I asked Jordan @ DLT if they had plans to do a Para 3 in the same configuration (Red/M390). He said they had no plans at this time but anything was possible. That helped with my decision to go ahead and order the PM2.

M390 with the CF scales from the 52100 would be an amazing combo, you are lucky to have some spares
