I got the Myrtle and it's pretty much what I expected. I'd recommend it. The lock relief does grate the pocket on the draw but it's not that bad and if I remove it more slowly I don't notice any grating. I'll carry and use it.

I ordered one of the Fluted Ti Natives. The Native 5 is my favorite model but the Fluted Ti was always too expensive. Couldn’t pass up $180 at BHQ.

Good choice. You will love it in your hand.

Well the KC sale on the Ti-Military proved to be a bit too tempting and one is in-bound now.

Does anyone know if these are the CQI version?

The Ti Millie hasn't received the CQI, as far as I'm aware, so I'd assume it won't have the updates.

Welcome to the forum Southern Cross, from what I've read over at BladeForums the Ti from KC does have the CQI, not the fluted though. If it was me I would give them a call to make sure.
Happy to be part of this great forum and group of down to earth spyderco addicts, Thanks Sal and gang.

None of the all Ti ones have updates. That is the only thing keeping me from getting one.

I have seen pictures of both the Ti and the Fluted Ti with the CQI on bladeforums. Where did you get your info? You should be calling the dealers and asking. The pics don't lie.

I always wanted a Myrtle... But I have no clue how I would sharpen such a blade.. Sure, the round side of the sharpmaker sticks will work... But other than that?
I guess that is probably also the main reason why it might not have sold well.

Sharpmaker will sharpen this blade without problems.

Just checked. The machined ti Military is gone, and while a bit relieved, am also at the same time surprisingly sad.

I bought a street beat a couple years ago. It’s a wonderful, gorgeous little fixed blade. Fred Perrin, Sal and Moki are an amazing combination. Now that it’s been discontinued, I couldn’t help but purchase a second one (I had to. There was no other choice :D).

Already got a Domino and the unpopular Positron. The Street Beat and PITS are other great candidates, even a Pingo at these prices.

Just ordered an Orange Pingo and a Dice.

I would like to add; I am puzzled why Spyderco would discontinue the Domio and Dice; these are awesome. The Positron was too expensive at $175 or so street price. A nice knife, but not $175 nice. At $100 though I'll take it.

Ugh. Temperance 2 for $150 is calling my name. I've already bought South Fork. I don't need another fixed blade, but dang that seems like one I might regret if I don't get it before it's gone. Honestly, it's the micarta handle calling me. Spyderco needs to do more in micarta. :-)

I'm having a really hard time resisting buying a Southard at $175, I'm sure there aren't too many left.

Wow - I am blown away by the Domino. Can't wait to see what the Dice is like.
