I'm pretty sure those are threaded inserts. According to the description the knife is linerless.Donut wrote:I think I see liners through the tip down clip holes.

This looks great! I may have to put off my P4 order for this one.

This is not only about will power, it is also about $$ and timing. I have three S90V Natives and this is enough. But smooth dark green scales are making this knife very tempting.xceptnl wrote:I doubt you have the will powerbh49 wrote: +1
Great knife for people, who don't have 2013 Forum knife. I have one heavily use plus NIB. But will I be able to resist to get one of these?

Looks to be the same linerless design with the larger screws like the fluted CF versions.
If the G10 feel like the M2 backlock I might bite. I like how they made the M2 backlock different by using thicker stock... I'd like it if they had changed the width on this one as well (Delica thin would be awesome actually).

Just saw this on the KC site. Not sure how I missed this here. I'm tempted. Linerless, forest green G10, S90V, and black clip. I have the regular S35V G10 and blurple G10, as well as an original S30V Native (nice and light, in my front pocket right now). Seems super special, to me at least. Likely will order.

I would really like to confirm that it is solid, linerless G-10 before I order.

I'm reading 3D machined, do they mean that spot by the pivot, or 3D machined like the Fluted CF Native? The scales look flat in that pic.

The description mentions inserts for the clip screws so I assume linerless.

Re: C41GPFGR5 S90V Native 5 KC Exclusive
Hmmm I somehow missed that. They're definitely not 3D machined in the pics. I've been trying to decide if I should buy this or not. If the scales are going to be the same shape as the fluted CF versions then I'm in for sure. It would sure be nice to get clarification on this.ZrowsN1s wrote:I'm reading 3D machined, do they mean that spot by the pivot, or 3D machined like the Fluted CF Native? Guess that settles it. Gotta order one. Guess the CS DLC will have to wait.

Think I'll pass. Too many s90v natives. Shame this wasn't commissioned by KW in 204P with the dark green 10 to match their milli and para2. I'd be all over that. Or a M4/CF
Re: C41GPFGR5 S90V Native 5 KC Exclusive
I tend to agree with the sentiments of too many Native5 in S90V. We had the 2015 Forum Knife with Maroon FRN and since August 2017 we’ve had or will have two Orange FRN models through Cutlery Shoppe, Fluted CF and soon this KnifeCenter exclusive.
The Forest Green G-10 is a nice touch.
Even as a KnifeCenter exclusive with a good 1,200 pieces produced there’ll be plenty to go around.
Also, at $149.95 (street price) the S90V/G-10 is priced $15 more than the S35VN/G-10 but only $3 less than the S110V/G-10. It weighs about half an ounce less than the S110V model.
I’ll be getting one since I don’t have a Native5 in G-10 so this will push back the other two that I want since they’re regular production runs: S110V/G-10 and S90V/Fluted CF. I’m also waiting on the CS S90V/FRN with DLC blade/hardware.

I like the idea of this linerless solid G10 Native - the little brother of the linerless solid G10 backlock Manix...
If I did not already have a green S110V Native I would have been tempted.

Must think.
Edit: just saw that it is linerless. Nah, I‘ll pass...

Re: C41GPFGR5 S90V Native 5 KC Exclusive
So what do we call this one a Native 5.1 or a Native 6?

The fluted cf versions are linerless and have 3d scales and they're still called Native 5.Johnnie1801 wrote:So what do we call this one a Native 5.1 or a Native 6?

More like "Native5 Minus" :Dbh49 wrote:Native5 Plus
In all seriousness, I'd be fine if they ditched the liners on all "g10" models as a CQI of sorts. I've kept two lined N5s (S110v Forum and CF), and really try to carry them, but they always take a back seat to a LW (or fluted Ti).
