Sal, Maxamet Para2 date?

Postby HerbToker » Thu Sep 21, 2017 11:38 am

I was wondering if anyone knew when the Maxamet Paramilitary 2 would be hitting stores, I'm going on a trip and I'm trying to decide to pre-order or not because I might be gone!

Also any chance of seeing a laminated Maxamet blade?

Either way really excited!

Have a great day everyone!

I'm stoked about this knife as well and would love it to be my next :D

Really love the blade finish on the Maxamet N5 and M2 -
so easy to wipe clean. The coarse grind on my Police4 is much harder to clean and forming a patina quickly.

Definitely! I thought I wouldn't like the finish on the Maxamet blades, but it's really growing on me!

I treated myself to a Manix 2 Lightweight in Maxamet, and can honestly say I've lost interest in all other models.... except the Dragonfly Hawkbill :D

Nice man! I would be super interested in a laminated steel Maxamet Manix myself. Like the current S90v composite one. I love the carbon fiber!

I can honestly say if I was to create a perfect dream steel from scratch, it would end up being pretty much exactly what Maxamet is currently!

This thread got me excited.

Pre-ordered from day one. Can't wait! My first Maxamet; PM2, my most carried knife; I like water. What could go wrong...

You show ya master all the different PM2s out there, and you pitch it that you are 'only' getting three.

Lulz,
My standing total is 5, so there is that. I am sure I will think of something stupid. Then she will be mad, then I will screw up somewhere else and she will forget all about the knife lmfao :D

The waiting for this knife is killing me. This will be my 3rd PM2 and my first Maxamet knife. The other problem is that the cash I've got set aside to buy this knife is burning the cr@p out of me ! Tic-Toc-Tic-Toc.............

Received an email reminder from knifecenter.com just today, indicating that my order for my PM2 in Maxamet was in process;
I had pre-ordered it 3 weeks ago.

But no indication of a shipment date in the email.

Thanks,
-Sid

On that note let us know if there's any developments, I want to order from BladeHQ but if KC gets it extra early it might be hard to pass!

Isn't that just their generic bi-weekly reminder email to let you know to "rest assured" they haven't forgotten about you...
Going back to Caly.
