Lock Bar Help

I had some weird movement in the pivot of my Dragonfly, so I took it down and put it back together. Action is great now and wobbly click is gone, BUT, now when the knife is open the lock bar is sticking up a bit. It's completely flush when the knife is closed. Did I do something wrong or can I adjust it so this doesn't happen??

It should not stick up like that. I once had a Case that did that. I gave it a tap and it went into place. After a few times of that, it settled in nicely. However, it is probable that you have something installed wrong.

I couldn't be certain because I've never taken a DF apart but from memory I think the spring bar in my Stretch could go in back to front. I put it back the way it came out and didn't have an issue but perhaps yours went in back to front.

Yea the spring is the only thing that can be installed incorrectly as far as I can tell. I'll flip it and see but I think it's in the correct way. Hmmmmm

Make sure the screw in the lock bar isn't too tight.

That's exactly what it was. Started messing with it last night and realized I had it cranked down really tight. Thanks Evil!
