What's with all the Salt Hype? I've never had a knife rust away, not even the cheapest one. And i seriously doubt any of you is a neighbor of Spongebob.

It's more about the Dragonfly Hawkbill for a lot of us, we've been begging for one many years. Do a search and you'll find lots of threads about it. The fact that it's H1 and serrated just mean it has the best steel for serrations. The fact that it won't rust is just a bonus.

That's interesting. I wonder if the pic is just a prototype?

Exactly. This is why I've wanted this knife for so long. It's the perfect companion blade to your main EDC.

I don't think Spongebob handles knives. Otherwise it would be r-rated.

Because H1 has better edge retention than any other steel when serrated. It isn't just about being stainless.

Looks pretty nice. Not for me, but I'm happy for those that have been hoping. I love the Dragonfly, but I don't love hawkbills.

With a black edge and those yellow handles i might be willing to try it.

Well next on my list is to ask for a wharnie Dragonfly. Give me 5 or so years and check back with me ;)
