#1

Per Spyderco website thickness of the blade of bread knife is under 2mm and the blade is quite long. Does blade flexing during the use?

I don't have that bread knife, but my long, thin bread knife can flex a lot if pressed sideways. Serrated thin knives tend to steer in the cut unless you compensate because they are chisel ground.

It's been a while since I baked bread, so I don't use mine often, Roman, but I can't recall ever having an issue with it flexing during use while slicing bread or carving a turkey.

Thank you gentlemen. I have "piece of junk" bread knife and was looking forward to this knife. Unfortunately the store, where we used to buy the bread stopped selling it. We found another bread, but it comes sliced  :( . Still thinking about buying Spyderco bread knife.

I don't have that bread knife but mine is quite thin and flexible. Works great and I prefer it to a thicker bread knife. I bake my own bread so it gets a lot of use.
