I'll take that too!

Upgraded steel on the Chap would be awesome. Super unlikely, but awesome.
Thanks Tom. We're gonna need all the help we can get on this one! :D

Sal,
WTB: New versions of the Titanium Chaparral.
I'd be for an upgrade, and it'd probably be to CTS-204P to keep it Carpenter. But I personally think that XHP is a fantastic steel for that design.

I'd take 204P, too.

I've been carrying my M2 LW Maxamet lately and the edge retention on this thing is unreal. But I really like 204P/M390 as an all around stainless (seems to hold it's edge better than s110v for me, personally).

Remove lanyard hole on Para3 so that clip placement is improved.

Maxamet PM2! oh... wait that's already gonna happen..... ok lets try again....

Bigger, hard use oriented native with a comp lock and contoured handles!!!! oh.... wait.... dang it.... ok one more try...

lil' native with a comp lock and wire clip (coincidentally exactly my wife's "perfect' edc) ... I give up.

Actually though, I'd like to see an extra standoff in both the Manix 2 and PM2. Not that I've ever had one break, I just think it'd look cool.

Or a more clippy, clip point even better. I love me some good belly to a blade, but can't stand it when the fine "stabby" tip is sacraficed. It's kind of just my thing I guess, but I find an acute point useful, and it's a deal breaker to me if a knife doesn't have it. the one reason why I don't own a slysz bowie actually...

Native 5 LW with PLAIN edge DLC coated blade. I'd get a few plainedge ones to match my spyderedge.

Reposition either the lockbar relief cutout (to the inside or closer to the butt of the handle) or the wire clip on Slysz Bowie. It drives me nuts every time I take that knife out of my pocket.
