Para 2 (I can't stop buying these)
Ukpk (I can't stop buying these either)
Yojimbo 2 (I would buy more of these if Spyderco would make them)
Nirvana (amazing piece. I regret selling it, but I had to)

Those are the only four that I can name with the utmost certainty.
Most recently acquired: Military 2, Paramilitary 2 Tanto x2, YoJUMBO, Swayback, Siren, DLC Yojimbo 2, Native Chief, Shaman S90V, Para 3 LW, Ikuchi, UKPK, Smock, SUBVERT, Amalgam, Para 3 CTS-XHP, Kapara, Paramilitary 2 M390
Grail Paramilitary 2 M390 X 2! ACHIEVED!!

I currently only have 4 that I don't regret:

C41 Native,
HAP40 Endura,
ZDP Dragonfly,
S110V Manix LW

I do mildly regret a Delica 4 and a Breeden Rescue. They're both fine knives, but I don't like the VG10 or locking mechanisms (the Delica refuses to stay smooth consistently, and I don't trust liner locks).
Have: old S30V Native, HAP40 Endura, ZDP DF2, S110V Manix LW, Cru-wear Para 3, SE H1 DF2, S90V Native 5, K390 Urban, SE Pac Salt, P.I.T.S., XHP Manix LW, SB Caly 3, B70P, PMA11, K03, Kapara, REX 45 Military, 154CM Manix LW, Swick, AEB-L Urban, KC Cruwear Manix, M390 PM2, Mantra 2, CruCarta Shaman, M390 Manix, K390 Police 4, S90V Manix LW, Rex 45 Manix LW, 20CV Manix, Rex 45 Lil’Native, Shaman, C208GP, Cruwear Manix, Cruwear Manix, M4 Chief, Z-max!!!

Want: SPY27, K490, Swick 5

Most of these also have sentimental value, because most of them were for some sort of occasion (birthdays, Xmas, Father's Day, etc.) or a couple were random gifts from the wife. So I'll try, but this is hard.

Sorry for the wall of text. :p
Those were great little stories about the knives; thank you for sharing!

I list these because they were or are unique to Spyderco and I regard near perfect in design and function. I have many other Spydercos that I highly regard and EDC often, such as the GB2, PM2, Stretch, Pacific Salt to mention a few, but I sometimes wished they had slightly different features/materials/design which I've found on similar knives made by other brands. E.g. Like a flipper, different blade shape or grind, blade angle, etc..

40th Anniversary (the most I have ever spent on a single knife, functional art, worth every penny)
Super Blue Dragonfly (the most I have ever overpaid for a knife on the secondary market, also worth it)
Yojimbo 2 (This has become my favorite and most carried knife)
Never Summer Native 5( My very first Native in LC200N, Black and Red, for $100  :spyder: This is my second most carried knife)
Jade M4 Para2( was afraid it would rust and look dirty, hasn't been the case at all, one of my favorite and best looking knives ) :D

Lance I thought for sure the Spydie Chef would have made that list. I still need to get one.

You know what? It probalby should have. I probalby have enjoyed that knife more than my paramilitaries so it is kind of more deserving of a spot on the list. As an aside, I don't have one at the moment. My buddy in New Zealand was in love with that knife so I gave it to him before I left. It's ok, I've got some new stuff on the horizon. ;)

LOL, number 5 is the one that cut off my fifth finger, which I deeply regret, so it didn't make the list of 5 unregrettables :D

I always have trouble with these kinds of threads because I have a hard time picking only 5. I have several and I honestly haven't regretted buying any of them.

Five favorites at the moment (not necessarily most carried/used).

Sage 2
Chaparral CF
Mantra
Manbug HAP40
PM2 Cruwear

Honorable mentions:
Urbans (G10 & LW)
UKPKs (G10 & LW)
Delicas
Dragonflies (G10, LWs especially the HAP40)
GB
Para 3
Manix 2s
Native 5s (LWs, G10, 40th)
Caly 3.5
the rest of the Sage series.
Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most!

Endura all stainless, SE, circa 2000. Memories of jobs, mills, and better times.

Nirvana - beauty can lie in simplicity and function; so much engineering excellence, so few parts, such functionality, such beauty.
Gayle Bradley 2 - donated to the fundraiser, with custom work. I'll always remember the extent of this horrible cancer, and how it has killed so many people I know.
