...And I received the Lum I won..

Post by mario »

First of all thank you very much again to Sal and Joyce, I received yesterday the Chinese folder that I won at the Holydays contest. Now let's talk about the Lum: the very strange thing is that I love deeply tactical blades generally, and my Natives in particular. When I saw that I won the Lum I just thought:"..uhm, a gent's folder, dunno if I like it..". But when it was out of the box I went nut: It is not only very well designed, but light, elegant, and damnly nice! Even my wife, a strong anti-knives, said something like:" ..at least a non scaring one!

Guys, thank you again, I like it so much!

I just got my Lum Chinese and it is fantastic! Even though I have been carrying smaller knives (Cricket and LW Walker), the Chinese actually seemed easier to carry and more comfortable clipped inside the waistband. It fits perfectly in the hand, and just looks great. I was a little unsure I would like the green handle, but it is beautifully done and looks "right". My girlfriend had asked me at Christmas to get her a knife for the office and daily carry. I got her a Spydercard which she loves, but when she saw my Chinese arrive, she tried to get me to trade. I love her, but she's not getting my Chinese! She'll probably be getting one in the near future.
