Schrade is a Chinese company these days, not the Schrade of old.

A sad end to a decent company. I used a Schrade Sharpfinger for about 10 years, before it got replaced with a Spydie Moran.

That knife is as close to a walking advertisement for Sal's brain as I've seen: the serrations follow the SpydieEdge pattern (two small, one large); the knife includes a clip, and of course the opening hole.

All of which were beamed to us from Sal's brain.

I'd say that's pretty amazing.

IIRC this is just a continuance of the S&W branded ripoff of the Dyad.

If there were a full size Spyderco Dyad (not a collector's piece) in production I would seriously consider it as EDC, since I like to have both edge types on me.
