I got my new clip for the Police.
Bent and filed a bit and got a solution to my problem of the stainless handle being so slippery.
Made a ...."hilt."
Works great! :)

Interesting idea, but I'm kind of surprised the engraving didn't add sufficient traction.

No poke because I cut the clip and bent it down to touch the handle.
And ...of course..... tapered where it touches so it is completely flush with the handle. See the top view.
Clip on one side.....the gizmo on the other. No edges exposed.
And the engraving adds the merest HINT of more traction. STILL very slippery.

If it works for you, great. I carry my Police clipped inside my waistband, and that would drive me crazy.
