My civi was bought second hand at a reputable store, but my question is that it has a single coating but it does not have holes to lose weight like lil matriarch. Is it fake? Welcome to the fourm! Just checked my Civilian and it does have three round holes drilled out on the side that has the liner, hopes this helps.

The truth is that the spyderedge has an excellent cut. The one that impressed me most was the cricket, it seems a lie that such an innocent thing is so terrible. This is what I mean.
Mia has no holes, it's a one-piece lining. But looking for the forum, I read that this was a recent update. Could it be that my civilian is older and therefore does not have the liner drilled?

Have you ever seen the Spyderco Navaja? It was designed by a man named Ed Schempp and was based on the traditional Spanish Navaja folder knife with the ratcheting "caraca" sound. Here is a picture of it. It is now discontinued, though:
