Ok dumb question. Does anyone know if Spyderco will be selling knives at their booth? Or is it just more of a display?

No Spyderco knives for sale at their booth AFAIK, but there were certainly folks selling and buying rare ones across the show (and if anyone finds these folks this year, let me know! :)). I'll be there for sure, hotel room is booked for Saturday night so hopefully a few of us Spydernuts can hang together afterwards.

Well I'm not going to be there again this year. My grandmas health just took a turn for the worse and the doctors aren't sure how much longer she has so I will be headed east that weekend instead of south. I hope you all have a blast and I really hope I can finally go the following year.

Sorry to hear about your Grandma Josh! There'll be other shows but, from how it sounds, you'll have limited opportunities to spend time with Grandma. Good for you for having your priorities straight!

Ok just booked a hotel for Friday as well as Saturday! I'm making this a two day vacation for myself. It's gonna be about an 8 or 9 hour drive down and then the same back again so it makes sense to stick around for an extra day.

The only thing left to decide is what knives to bring!

HI Guys, I am planning to make the drive up from Northern California. I don't have a table this year but will be walking around Friday and Saturday. I will drop by Spyderco from time to time and also visit with Ed Schempp and other makers and material suppliers. Hope to meet some forum members that make it up to the show. Phil
