Old Spyderco boning knife new life.

Just received this older boning knife in the mail $23.00 on eBay

. It was used a few scratches and dull but a few minutes on the DMT and it was time for Venison Korean barbecue.

Very nice. It's great to see old models brought back into service. Still a lot of life left in that one. :)

Good find, classic ole knife. Always been a fan of the boning/fillet knives. :spyder:

The handle is rubbery compared to the new poly handles. It took a good edge quick and made short work of the prep. I would love a big butcher knife.
