Old Spyderco boning knife new life.
Just received this older boning knife in the mail $23.00 on eBay. It was used a few scratches and dull but a few minutes on the DMT and it was time for Venison Korean barbecue.

Good find, classic ole knife. Always been a fan of the boning/fillet knives. :spyder:

The handle is rubbery compared to the new poly handles. It took a good edge quick and made short work of the prep. I would love a big butcher knife.
