Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
Hello fellow forum dwellers. I was just looking at Blade HQ's "Comming Soon" section, and noticed that an s30V pm2 with FULL serrations is on the list. yay. Lot of nice knives comming out next year, I'm already doing budget math to figure out how many I can buy when they actually drop, otherwise you pay through the nose on the secondary market. So far I've got my eye on the all black karahawk, and the Hap 40 caly3, and a few other maybe's.

Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
All y'all that begged for this better step up! Lots of other SE models are counting on you
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
That's great news and I'm glad to hear it. My boss's son is a huge fan of the PM 2 and I plan on telling him about it tonight. But I won't be anywhere near content until they also do the C-36 Military in Spyderedge as well. And I don't even care if they dig out some old 440V ( S60V) bar stock to do them with. Because 440V is a great Spyderedged steel anyway. But the C-36 Military is truly a crocodile of a knife in Spyderedge.
But I'm really glad to hear this for all you PM 2 fans and I know my boss's son is going to want one really bad.

What? We're discussing the PM2 Spyderedge that's coming out.Zen wrote:Are there any plans on the PM2 as plain edge or spyderedge? This would be realy nice. Especially with the edge lengh it is complete legal in germany to carry.
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
Ah sorry I ment - if half serrated and plain edge is planned.
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
Forum members don't let forum members do combo edges.
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
Been hoping they do the SE PM2. Had an original SE ParaMilitary, but the 2 version's ergonomics are way better in my hand.
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
Whoa... unlike most knife hoarders I've never owned a PM2. This pretty much pushes me over the edge.
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
This is on my list for sure, but it would jump to the top if it wasn't S30V. Perhaps someday there will be a FRN PM2 SE in BD1 - that would make an excellent 'beater' that I wouldn't be opposed to using for dirty work.
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
BD1 is a fine budget steel, but why that over S30v?
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
That made me laugh. I'd usually agree, but I just saw that sweet red and black LC200N Native 5...J32A2 wrote:Forum members don't let forum members do combo edges.

I don't think you'll need to sharpen it very often :)osprey wrote:Cost and ease of sharpeningzhyla wrote:BD1 is a fine budget steel, but why that over S30v?
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
Do we know how LC200N fares in Spyderedge? A Golden-made PM2 Salt in SE would be fantastic.
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
Another must-have and I am truely thankful that Sal decided to give in to out constant nagging! :-)
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
Don't know if it's been mentioned, but was just looking at spydiewiki....and it's showing 2 PM2 Sprints to be released in 2017....both with 52100 steel...1 plainedge...1 serrated....
Re: Fully serrated PM2 comming soon
Very intresting. I am trying to find more infos about the 52100 steel right now. How is it compared to H1? What a pricerange will a such a sprintrun have?BTG wrote:Don't know if it's been mentioned, but was just looking at spydiewiki....and it's showing 2 PM2 Sprints to be released in 2017....both with 52100 steel...1 plainedge...1 serrated....

That would make for a great beater knife! Would love some more FRN versions anyway.osprey wrote:This is on my list for sure, but it would jump to the top if it wasn't S30V. A SE 52100 sounds very interesting as well! Has there ever been a Spydie edged non stainless blade before?
I'll take a Cruwear FRN SE Military as well! :D
(preferably as production run so people will actually use them as the great beaters they'd be..)
