What I would like to see
What I would like to see
What I would like to see is a Delica-sized C46 Bob Lum with a green G-10 handle like the Lil' Temperance and a lock-back locking system.
What would you like to have(concerning knives!!!)

What I like to see:
a knife with the followin features
- VG-10
- flat grind, PE
- 14mm dia hole
- trailing point
- bit more false edge than te Lil' Temp
- blade length between Delica and Endura
- Black G-10 handle
(Someway a second edition Lil' Temperance, with no Martial Blade Features, but a clip that allows it to wear the knife deeper in your pocket)

I have said it before and I will say it again.
A Military exacyly the same as the currant model only 20 to 25 % smaller blade lengh between 3 1/8 to 3 1/2 in .Blade steel could be something else but everything else the same.
I learn something new everyday, even though I don't want to. Jeff

few ideas...
1> small gents folder, much like the old timers. 2 or 3 blade, all flat grind, warncliff and sheepsfoot, nail flicks, VG-10...
2> 3" cricket, flat grind... exact same ratio for size
3> 3" folding tanto, ABB G-10, VG-10, compression lock w/ eccentric pivot...
My Word, My Honour, is my Life.

1. A folding puuko - thin pointy blade, plenty of handle, and the scandinavian single bevel grind. Give it a nice strong and easy to clean lock. And make it easy to take apart and service like a sebenza.
2. A reasonably priced Ti Framelock, in 2 sizes.
Everything else Spyderco is taking care of!
ATR, Paramilitary, SS Cricket, Spydersaw etc

With its variety of different models and sizes and the SS Cricket, the DoDo, and ParaMilitary, due out, Spyderco has the folder market pretty well covered for this happy old camper. After using and enjoying the FB Temperance and Fred Perrin for 5 months now I'm hoping for something in a fixed blade along the lines of a Spydie Bowie or subhilt fighter in S30V with a polished Micarta handle like the Lum Tanto FB.
Oh and a Glasshartt Special Spydie Machete for Samo.....<img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

I would LOVE to HAVE a Spyderco Police model with G-10 scales, dual stainless liners, G-10 steel for the (5 inch-long) blade, and a pocket-clip like on the new Chinook II (tip-up, tip-down, right carry, left carry).
Now, THAT would be A KNIFE!

I would like to see a revamped Lil'Temperance with:
1) a 2.9" blade instead of a 3 1/8" blade
2) 4 way clip for us lefties
3) denim blue scales
4) one with red G-10 handles and a dull pointless blade... ;-)
I really like the Lil-Temperance, even thought it is not set up for LH carry, it works fine in my left pocket even though backwards. Actually, now that I think about it, in the LH pocket, it is perfectly set up for a gunting-style draw and hit-with-horns...

Allen: I don't know what was going on with your posts but it has gotten me twice tonight. Triple posts, no posts etc. Think it must be the server. OK: here is my post of what I would like to see:
Polished clips on all Spyderco's. This would eliminate all the scratched clip problems. Personally, I like the polished clips with the Spyderco emblem and the patent numbers. Next, I would like to see thicker washers on the pivots of Spydercos to prevent tang scratches. My one and only Sebenza has copper washers. My two cents worth. Jerry
