I bought my first Spyderco's in December 2017, an all black PM 2 and an all black Para 3. I really dislike lock back folders, even though I have a couple, leaving alot of Spyderco models out, however I do like the CF Chaparral and may have to make an exception. I just bought my newest knife, the CF Positron. Excellent little knife and pretty well the same blade/handle length as my Nakamura (my favourite knife).

I promised myself I wouldn't buy anymore knives (4 knives ago), but I already know how that's going to turn out.

Random question, feel free to call me stupid...but why do people call a Paramilitary 2 a "PM2" but Paramilitary 3 is always a "Para 3"...why not PM3?

It was a conscious naming decision of Spyderco to call it "Para 3" and not "Para Military 3"
"PM3" isn't a real thing, it's just a misunderstanding of what the Para 3's name actually is.

This confusion is exacerbated by retailers mislabeling the Para 3 either because the "para military" name recognition is good for sales or due to their ignorance.

I feel the Para 3's frustration, though, since people keep messing my name up as well. :p

What Daveho said. I’m usually around three at any one time.

I've only got 6, but I like the variety in sizes/steels/handle scales/locking mechanisms.

*don't mind the Boker stand, I just like seeing them open before choosing what I want to roll with on any given day and that's the only stand I could find that I liked*

A serrated and a non serrated kitchen knife. Sold all others after being treated as a second rate customer due to no living in the states.

23 now (they're all on my profile) and will have 24 at the end of the week (once my Cru-Wear KC PM2 comes in).
