My Paramilitary 2 C81GPDBL2 in S110V... $149.97 for a $249.95 knife is pretty good I think.

I got a Kiwi CF for $120 one time, but my friend got the Gayle Bradley Air Prototype (made by Gayle himself) for $100. Eric wasn't too pleased that the knife was sold, but the Glessers run a business with integrity and honored the sale.

I forgot about the time I got a CF, and laminated PM2 for $200. That was a win.

Centofante 3 for €10
Harpy for €25
Endura 4 for €35

I've had some lucky moments :)
But then again, there were some unlucky moments like being scammed on a Kris and a Rubicon...
Most of my other Spydies weren't great deals or something, just regular secondary market prices.
Some higher than MSRP, some lower.

We, have Spyderco.

Ha yea man that was probably at or below their cost. I definitely would have jumped on that had I known about it, and might have even felt a tiny bit bad about their mistake...

but probably not.

I did feel a bit bad for about 5mins after they corrected the price to 179. Then I realised I have spent thousands at KW over the last few years, with no end in sight, and the feeling disappeared... :D

My best deal was a $30 stainless steel Poliwog on Ebay a while back, with second place probably being a $60 factory second Slysz Bowie with no problems that I could find.

Bought 2 kris for $115 each from a lovely lady up north thanks to a fellow spydie enthusiasts. When the manix 2 came out in S90V and cf got them for $165 a piece. Of course the real deal came when I traded a kris and a manix 2 cf S90V for a Gibson Explorer. So technically i paid $285 for a $1000 guitar. Also found a Pacific salt once so i got that for free. Unfortunately i have since misplaced the remaining kris for the last 7 months. I'm still hopeful i might find it.

My best deal on a Spydie was a :spyder: Mule Team #17 in K-390, from Nate, right here on the Spyderco Forum.
Many thanks again for that one. :)

Just found this clipit rescue at a local pawn shop for $35.00

Seems to be new and never sharpened.
Thanks for looking!

Grabbed a nice Meerkat SE reverse S for $50 last week at a tool swap meet. Nice find, I haven't seen them that cheap in years.

My best may have been my first spydercos: A PE Wenger for 10 and a 440C Meerkat for 6. Both in a second hand shop in Englewood, CO. I've had some killer deals since, but that was among the best.

It was on my daily user, a standard Delica 4 PE FRN.
50% of retail (€40, ~$50). It was missing a screw from the pocket clip so they couldn't sell it. They dropped it in the B-stock box.
Bought it, mailed Spyderco's awesome CS and the screws/clip were on their way to me. It's one of my favorite knives.

A few of my record deals.
Stainless Kiwi lockback $45
Red Bone Kiwi $60
Catcherman $95
Centofante $85
Caly 3 HAP-40 $112
Baby Jess Horn $72

finding deals on discontinued Spydies might be one of my favorite parts of being a Spyderco fanatic.
