IIRC, foliage green sprint was produced right after Manx was discontinued. As a sprint and discontinued model, the variant had some collectors interest and some pieces were kept mint. As for black Manix, it was a production model. So most of what was sold, went to use. This is just my thoughts

That's interesting. I can only remember ever seeing one or two black ones for sale.

It's strange that the C95 Manix's weight is listed as only 6.1 oz in the spydiewiki, even though it has the back lock and 4mm blade, while the C95G2 XL has a 3 mm blade and partial open construction and weighs 6.2 oz. Maybe the Manix2 lock mechanism and tang is heavier than that of the C95 Manix?

These used to be on my want list, but I never ran across one when it was convenient to buy or cheap enough, and now I have plenty of Manixes (8 :o ).

Thanks -- that weight for the C95 makes more sense. And I also get 4.9oz for my CF XL but 6.15oz for my G-10 XL (sometimes 6.2 -- my cheap scales are only accurate to +/- 0.05 oz). The CF is indeed about 0.3oz lighter than the G-10, which is truly, but barely detectable in hand :)

Thank you. These weight figures make more sense.
