"Freedom" knives have already been made by the US Mint (http://www.americanmint.com/freedom-poc ... 01-02.html), Colt has a "Freedom" lineup (Bowie, trapper, and hawkbill), as does Case. That doesn't even include the "____ Freedom" (Iraqi Freedom, American Freedom, etc.) name variations used by other companies. Seems to be a bunch of "Freedom" titled knives already.

And, as mentioned above, the Phoenix has already been made by Spyderco (designed by Howard Viele) as well as United Cutlery (based on the Star Trek Klingon D’k Tahg, designed by Gil Hibben). So those names are already in use as well.
